Data retention and deletion

In the absence of a request from you to delete the personal data processed by us, they will be stored for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, as follows:

  • For the purpose of improving the functionality of the site and responding to your requests submitted through the contact form, the data will be stored for a period of 1 year from your last interaction with us;
  • To fulfill the purpose of promoting the mall (marketing), the data will be stored for a period of 5 years from your last interaction with us;

  • If you decide to delete your user account on the site, your data provided during registration will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days;
